Responsibilities:

Reporting to the DTS Manager, the DTS Engineer will be responsible for the following, i.e.

  • Provide first-level support to local teams on WMS-relatedissues accordance with the service level agreement.
  • Workclosely with department stakeholders to identify automation opportunities for WMS system to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collect, analyse and provide solutions for projects, local initiatives, day-to-day issues,and other assigned
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery procedures for WMS (Warehouse Management System), including architecture, module functions, and configurations.
  • Support WMS implementation for inbound, outbound, and in-warehouse operation processes.
  • Participate and collaborate in cross-team and project-based initiatives.
  • Provide weekend support activities and extended coverage when
  • Plan and coordinate user training, acceptance testing/verification,and software releases to ensure high-quality deployment to production. 
  • There will be the odd occasion for Standby work. Candidate has to be open to take Off Hour Call.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree  in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (preferably in Software Programming or Data Automation).
  • At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in software development is required. (preferably manufacturing industry, other industries with software development experience will also be considered).
  • Must be able to read, write and speak decent English and Mandarin, besides Malay.
  • Basic understanding of Linux system administration (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu), performance monitoring, and log analysis
  • Experience in SQLdatabase or Non-SQL. Understanding of complex queries, stored procedures, and index optimization
  • Basic understanding of interface development, EDI, and other integration technologies; integration with SAP, OA, and other systems
  • Handling data synchronization exceptions to ensure data consistency across multiple systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as  and interpersonal skill are essential.

Reporting to the DTS Manager, the DTS Technician will be responsible for the following, i.e.

  • Attend to all hardware failure reporting, managing the issue from troubleshooting to case closure (including coordinating part replacement with vendors).
  • Perform periodic hardware and software upgrades.
  • Deploy and configure laptops, desktops, and related IT equipment.
  • Assist with general IT support as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirement:

  • Minimum SPM or relevant certificate/ Diploma in Computing or IT-related field.
  • 0 to 1 year of working experience in manufacturing industry or other industries; strong hardware troubleshooting are a plus.
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Melayu for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of computer system, networking, and common software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Planning Manager, the Planning Executive will be responsible for the following, i.e.

  • Manage customer orders and coordinate with customers on changes to orders or delivery schedules, ensuring visibility of order status and delivery timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external customers on demand-related issues. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand evolving needs, and resolve issues related to demand, shortages, or inventory availability.
  • Manage and analyze customer forecasts, including process development, impact assessment of demand changes, customer interface, and communication of weekly build requirements to the company.
  • Adjust system order delivery dates based on customer OOR requirement changes, and notify Production Control (PC) & Material Control (MC) to align material and production scheduling.
  • Lead and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve abnormal issues affecting order delivery timelines.
  • Maintain customer system data, including order ETA, ASN, and invoice uploads.
  • Liaise with production planning to ensure adequate material supply to meet target shipments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, inventory, material, and production) to improve demand planning accuracy.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, Mathematics or a related field.
  • At least 2-10 years of working experience in CM, supply chain, manufacturing or a related field.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including functions and formulas such as VLOOKUP, IF, IFS, SUMIFS, and pivot tables.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Ability to handle abnormal situations independently.
  • Proficient in using SAP or WMS.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Planning Manager, the Material Control Executive will be responsible for the following, i.e. .

  • Develop material requirements plans based on sales and production schedules, and supervise their execution.
  • Raise timely alerts for material exceptions, track and provide feedback on material returns or exchanges, and report regularly.
  • Monitor the material delivery achievement rate according to production plans and material requisition schedules.
  • Establish and maintain safety stock levels for routine materials.
  • Generate monthly reports on obsolete and slow-moving materials by exporting relevant data from the system, and provide actionable recommendations for their disposal, reallocation, or inventory optimization.
  • Organize and prepare materials that do not have a BOM or process route.
  • Track supplier delivery performance and implement improvements to ensure effective material follow-up.
  • Handle and follow up on abnormal material shortages or surpluses.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager, Supply Chain and Inventory teams to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and inventory strategies.
  • Assist the superior with assigned tasks and report work progress in a timely manner.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience as a PMC Planner, with a good understanding of the material requisition process.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in using office software and capable of applying functions such as VLOOKUP, IF, IFS, SUMIFS, and pivot tables.
  • Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Capable of independently handling and resolving exceptions or issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify trends or anomalies.
  • Ability to present insights and reports clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

The Assistant System Engineer is reporting to Engineering Manager, and the Assistant System Engineer will be responsible for the following, i.e.

  • Administer and Maintain SAP material codes and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Collect, validate, and ensure accuracy of component documentation.
  • Prepare and compile FAIR (First Article Inspection Reports.
  • Maintain and archive NPI (New Product Introduction) documentation in compliance with ISO standards
  • Liaise with the DCC (Document Control Center) to ensure timely submission and control of documents.
  • Oversee and coordinate procurement of office supplies to support operational needs.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for ad-hoc tasks as required by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Candidate Possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or its equivalent.
  • At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the wire harness manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin and English; proficiency in Malay is an added advantage.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills, and willingness to work occasional overtime.

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and components (such as cables, connectors, terminals, and accessories) needed for production, including urgent sourcing requirements. The Sourcing Engineer will be reporting to Supply Chain Manager and responsible for the following, i.e.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for materials and components.
  • Manage urgent sourcing requests to prevent production downtime.
  • Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations.
  • Develop cost-reduction strategies while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor market trends, alternative suppliers, and material availability.
  • Work closely with Production and Planning teams to ensure timely supply.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc tasks as required by superior.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in procurement/ sourcing in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of cables, wiring systems, or electronic components is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • The Supply Chain Engineer/ Executive is reporting to Supply Chain Manager, and the Supply Chain Engineer/ Executive will be responsible for the following ,i.e.
    Analyze and improve supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to optimize costs.
  • Gather and analyze data related to supply chain activities and provide regular reports to management.
  • Identify areas for cost savings within the supply chain and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Work cross-function with teams in production, sales, and procurement to align goals and strategies.
  • Assist in coordinating urgent spot-buy sourcing to address production shortages.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc tasks as required by superior.

Requirements:

  • Candidate possess at least a Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management or its equivalent.
  • At least 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in supply chain field is required. (preferably manufacturing industry, other industry but with supply chain experience will also be considered).
  • Candidates proficient in speaking and writing Mandarin and English, besides Malay.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as and interpersonal skill are essential.

The Account Executive (Account Payable) is responsible for managing the company’s obligations to suppliers and vendors. The role ensures that invoices are processed accurately and timely, payments are made in accordance with agreed terms, and all transactions are recorded properly in the financial system.

The job responsibilities for an Account Executive in our organization is as follows:

  • Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods received notes to ensure the three documents match.
  • Record and manage accounts payable to maintain accurate according entries.
  • Follow up on advance payment settlements and manage provision data.
  • Regularly generate accounts payable ageing reports to support cash flow planning.
  • Participate in monthly stock counting activities.
  • Preference for candidates with SAP experience.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable/ receivable or any finance related roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, i.e. SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of accounts payable processes and internal controls.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Engineer will be responsible for the following, i.e.

  • Identify and pursuing new business opportunities within the PCBA industry.
  • Driving the marketing promotion and sales of semiconductor equipment.
  • Exploring new markets, developing new customers, and expanding the company’s product scale scope.
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge of AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) machines and their applications in PCBA manufacturing.
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to develop new business.
  • Preparing proposals, quotations, and professional product presentations.
  • Coordinating with technical teams to follow up on after-sales service and resolve customer issues.
  • Achieving sales targets and contribute to overall business development strategies.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in sales of industrial equipment, PCBA related solutions, or electrical products.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visit and on-site support.

Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the Field Service Engineer/ Technician will be responsible for the following, i.e.

  • Providing on-site technical support to customers, specifically on AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) machines used in the PCBA industry.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving machines-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Performing preventive maintenance and recommending measures to improve machine performance and reliability.
  • Delivering technical training and guidance to customers on AOI machine operation and maintenance.
  • Preparing detailed service reports, documenting issues, solutions, and customer feedback.
  • Able to communicate positively and effectively with customers.
  • Working closely with the design and production teams to provide feedback for AOI machine enhancements and improvements.

Requirement:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience as a field services related industry.

  • Strong problem-solving and hands-on troubleshooting skills.

The Warehouse Executive is reporting to the Material Manager. The job responsibilities for a Warehouse Executive in our organization is as follows:

  • Improve and supervise daily warehouse management processes and ensure standardized operations.
  • Strictly implement regular and annual inventory checks, maintaining stock accuracy above 99%.
  • Execute and follow up on warehouse layout and design instructions from management; ability to propose improvement suggestions is a plus.
  • Manage and train warehouse staff to enhance their professional skills and work efficiency.
  • Continuously improve 5S management in the warehouse to ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Respond effectively and promptly to on-site emergencies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain good cross-departmental communication and coordination to support overall business operations.
  • Assign and coordinate team tasks to ensure daily targets are achieved with quality and efficiency.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirement:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistic, Business Administration, or its equivalent;
  • At least 2- 3 year(s) of working experience in warehouse operations; Supervisory or team-lead experience in an advantage;
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with WMS systems, barcoding, and warehouse layout planning.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and 5S management.

  • High level of responsibility, discipline, and accuracy in inventory management.
